HCYA Eagles baseball team works with
Velocity Sports Performance twice a
week to enhance the conditioning and
agility of our baseball athletes. Velocity
sends a baseball specialist to our field
to work with the team on drills that
specialize in developing the skills
needed to excel at baseball. On days
when the weather requires us to work
indoors, we utilize the Velocity Sports
Performance facility in Missouri City,
TX.
